Hailing from Croatia, Folk Metal outlet MANNTRA will release their new studio album Titans via Napalm Records on March 14, 2025. Formed in 2012 around mastermind Marko Matijević Sekul, the band has proven to be extremely productive as Titans is already their eighth studio album. Over the years the quintet developed their very own trademark sound by combining raw metal riffs, hard-hitting industrial sounds with traditional folk instruments unleashing a relentless storm of catchy metal hymns. But MANNTRA are not only a force on album, but also live, which they’ve proven as support for genre greats In Extremo and on notable festivals like Wacken Open Air, Rock Harz Open Air and Metaldays. MANNTRA’s soundscape is skillfully built by seemingly opposites: authentic folk instruments like pipes and mondolin that are interwoven with an uplifting industrial metal sound and raspy male vocals creating an intense energy. With their newest masterpiece they clearly take no prisoners as the album sets off with the title track “Titans” delivering forceful rhythms and powerful drumming.
